Along the Seacoast of Brasilia, a concept design for luxury high-end apartaments is delienated here. We focused on open balconies as an architectural feature to address the for outdoor living and treated the balconies as outdoor eating spaces for the residents. Presently , the project is awaiting investor funding.

This concept design in Central Moscow was asked of us by the Mayor of Moscow. His goal and vision to have a luxury development be located in central Moscow. One of the requirements was to illuminate the towers for winter months where the majority of the day it is mostly lacking sufficient sun yearly for at least half the year. Again, we utilized fluorescent stone and glass materials to illuminate its surroundings.

We designed our Residential Building project with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. The Residential Building offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every visitor, no matter their age. Sg5 Architecture | Pura Arq | jamie Margulies Architect/Urban Planner/Concept Designer was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.
